HE CORKED HIS GUN TO KILL, BUT.......

It was like a film yesterday Friday 18th February 2016, when a Policeman  in k ? State corked  his  gun, and pointed it  on a woman backing about a year old child at her back. This was happening in my presence. I have never seen a thing like this in my life. It was like what we see in the movie.  Whatever must have caused the fight is secondary to me, my concern is why should the Policeman want to shoot a woman with a baby at her back. What type of provocation will make a policeman want to shoot a woman with a baby at her back, is still my second question.We had to run for our dear own lives when the policeman corked his gun pointed at the woman.we were all asking that yesterday , can there be more training for the policemen on how and when  to use their guns?
