Monica (not her real name) is a young widow with two children, and she is HIV positive. She recently got married to a young man that has never been married before without disclosing her HIV status to him. She secretly takes all her medication and has vowed never to let her new husband know about her HIV status. What is your opinion on Monica's action and what will be your advice to Monica?

This is wickedness! Here's the reason why one should have all the necessary medical test done before marriage, people need to be more informed.
ReplyDeleteMonica is a deceptive young woman. She is living a lie. I thought these days churches conduct their own series of tests before joining couples together in marriage!!! She is a liar and does not deserve my sympathy. The young man should have looked before leaping. He is not to be blamed in this case though.
ReplyDeleteShe broke the trust in the marriage, to the extent of secretly taking her medications. Shame.
In this day and age, there needs to be HIV and blood group test before venturing into marriage. If both partners are happy with the results, that is their choice. Being uneducated or ignorant about these things leads to stories like this.
